Sarah & AJ | Intimate Wedding at Red Rock Vineyards near Austin, Texas
Sarah and AJ’s wedding day was full of warmth, laughter, and quiet little moments that made the day feel completely their own.
The soft, cloudy afternoon gave the vineyard a calm and intimate feel, and the day became less about dramatic scenery and more about the people they love and the connection between the two of them.
The afternoon began with a quiet mix of excitement and anticipation.
AJ got ready with his closest friends before Sarah stepped into the wedding dress she had made herself and finished getting ready for the ceremony.
Before walking down the aisle, the two shared a first touch. They chose not to see each other just yet, but still wanted a few quiet moments together before the ceremony began.
Afterward, Sarah took a little time for bridal portraits before it was time to tuck away and get ready for the ceremony.
Then everyone gathered for the ceremony. It was heartfelt and emotional, filled with meaningful words, happy tears, and so many natural reactions from the people closest to them.
After the ceremony, we moved into family photos and wedding party portraits, giving Sarah and AJ time to gather with the people closest to them before we stepped away for their couple portraits.
Then Sarah and AJ finally had a little time together for portraits. We stepped away from the celebration for a few quiet minutes and made use of the soft, overcast light around the property. The simple open landscape kept the focus completely on the two of them.
The evening continued with dinner, heartfelt speeches, cake, and dancing. This is always one of my favorite parts of a wedding day to document because everyone settles in and simply enjoys being together. There were so many sweet reactions, big laughs, and candid moments happening all around the room.
It was a day full of connection, joy, and all the little moments that made it unmistakably theirs.
